ECO DISPLAY

An exhibition will take place in parallel with the farewell cocktail on the final day of the Conference, October 18th. Participants and partners of the Conference will be able to exchange valuable information, contacts and souvenirs in an informal atmosphere. Organizers will provide free space for the attendees to display their products and services.

A Market Place will be displayed in the lounge area at the first floor of the Radisson hotel, at the entrance to the BBQ Bar: separate exhibition spaces will be available for everyone who wants to showcase their production or services.

Time: 19:00 – 21:30

Terms and Conditions for Participants

Exhibition slot: 1 table (120×70 cm) with a white tablecloth or ½ of the table (depending on the volume and quantity of products that participants plan to exhibit).

The total number of slots: 14

Location: participants may choose the location of the exhibition slot in accordance with the site layout plan (see below).

Presentation features: each Eco Display participant can use the space behind the table to place a roll-up with the dimensions not exceeding 120 cm in width and 200 cm in height. Height of table structures (shelves, bookcases, etc.) must not exceed 75 cm.

Technical support: participants are provided with access to electricity (220 V) upon advanced request. Applications are accepted no later than 7 working days before the conference (till October 7, 2019).

Products Recommended at the Market Place

  • Souvenirs and printing products (notebooks, leaflets, pens, pencils, calendars, books, magazines, brochures, etc.)
  • Clothing and merchandise (caps, t-shirts, scarves, bags, etc.)
  • Certified technical device and the patented author’s development (compasses, watches, GPS receivers, etc.)

Please, be aware that we do not organize the ECO DISPLAY for trading purposes. Instead, we see it as a place for lively communication between the participants, where they will be able to exchange their knowledge and experience.
